The PROMISE Distributor Partnership Program From Cooper B-Line

B-Line's PROMISE Program is a strategic Marketing initiative born of B-Line's commitment to support strategic Sales and Marketing efforts with and through our supporting distributors.

“PRIORITY SERVICE” is the “heart and soul” of our program. We insure 100% on-time shipments of all Promise items within 48 hours. If we don't deliver on our promise – we'll pay you $50 for that missed order.

Pre-Paid Freight on all combined orders of $1,750 or more (excludes Rack & Runway or Comm/Data Enclosures).

“No Restock” Inventory Partnership Program (IPP) - B-Line offers support in new product and market penetration initiatives through our Inventory Partnership Program. By placing the order and stocking designated products for one year, B-Line will work with you to grow and develop your market. If after one year you aren't satisfied with the sales performance of these products, B-Line will take the original products back and credit your account with the original purchase price.

Marketing Funds available for pre-approved programs coordinated through your Cooper Sales Representative and Sales Area Vice President.

Training – As a PROMISE Distributor, you will have access to B-Line's Product Training College, a multi-level product training system designed to support each one of our product families. By having your staff complete the PTC program, you'll insure that your firm can provide the customer service levels of a market leader.

Quotation Support on Cable Tray and other MTO items.

VMI/EDI Support - B-Line utilizes the Pan Pro VMI system and offer EDI support and services to increase your ability to provide new levels of customer service, minimize stock-outs, and decrease your costs. If you're not ready for VMI, but are EDI capable, be sure and take advantage of our EDI support services.
